Het wordt oorspronkelijk gemaakt met rode wijn, specifiek Beaujolais uit Frankrijk, maar u kunt ook andere rode varianten met een lage of gemiddelde intensiteit gebruiken, zoals Pinot Noir, Carmenere of Grenache.<\/p>\n<p>Het is een veelzijdig gerecht en kan worden bereid met een verscheidenheid aan andere soorten wijnen, zoals champagne, witte wijn, prosecco of zelfs thee. Hieronder twee recepten, \u00e9\u00e9n gemaakt met espumante (mousserende wijn) en \u00e9\u00e9n traditioneel gemaakt met rode wijn.<\/p>\n<p>Verras uw gasten met dit overheerlijke dessert!<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>750ml goede mousserende wijn<\/p>\n<p>250ml gezeefd sinaasappelsap<\/p>\n<p>200 g suiker<\/p>\n<p>8 stuks niet te rijpe peren<\/p>\n<p>Vanillestokjes (u kunt ook vanille-essence gebruiken)<\/p>\n<p>Kaneelstokje<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Bereiding:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Was de peren en droog ze af. Schil ze vervolgens.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd met een mes beide uiteinden van het vanillestokje af en snijd hem in de lengte doormidden. Schraap met de punt van het mes of een kleine lepel het vanillestokje leeg, zonder te veel druk uit te oefenen, en verwijder zo de kleine zaadjes. Deze geven smaak aan het recept.<\/p>\n<p>Giet in een pan de mousserende wijn, het sinaasappelsap, de suiker, het kaneelstokje, de overgebleven vanillestok en de zaadjes.<\/p>\n<p>Zet op een matig vuur. Zodra het kookt, de peren toevoegen en 45 minuten laten staan.<\/p>\n<p>Als de tijd om is, de peren eruit halen en de sappen nog even laten doorkoken om textuur te krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Schik de peren op een bord en besprenkel ze met het sap, versier met het vanillestokje. U kunt de peren ook serveren met Engelse room. Schil ze vervolgens, met behoud van het steeltje. Besprenkel met citroensap en zet apart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Giet in een pan de wijn, de suiker, het kaneelstokje en de kruidnagels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Zet op een matig vuur. Zodra het kookt, de peren toevoegen en 10 minuten laten koken of tot het fruit zacht wordt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Als de tijd om is, de peren eruit halen en de bouillon nog even laten koken om textuur te krijgen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"PT-BR\">Besprenkel de peren vervolgens opnieuw met de bouillon en dien op, met versieringen zoals
