Harmonization: The refinement of French cuisine and the practicality of Italian cuisine find in this wine the perfect partner. A wine which, due to its complex character of aromas and smooth texture, asks for equally sophisticated dishes with noble ingredients. The roasted game meats, the “gaucho” barbecue, especially the picanha medallions and meats with a certain level of sweetness, high tenderness and succulence highlight its brilliance.
Purple-red, with a hue that goes from ruby to ocher with the advancing years.
Intense and complex aroma. Fruity notes, such as blackberry and plum, and tertiary aromas, such as cocoa, truffle and tobacco.
High structure and good mouth volume. Round tannins that, combined with adequate acidity, the result of excellent maturation, provide a fine and balanced palate.
