We are sorry but that is not possible as we do not have a physical store. Our wine is stored in a warehouse and they are not able to supply to private individuals. However, we do have a small stock at home. So in some special and urgent cases you could pick up a (mix) box in our address free of charge. Please consult us in advance about the possibilities. You are entitled to a period of 14 days from the delivery of your order (reference is made to the date indicated on the receipt) for return. To exercise this right, you must contact us by email at support@brazilianwinehouse.com. We will then send you written instructions on how to return the products and the costs involved.

If you let us know before the shipment of your order, the cancellation can be made free of charge. To do so, please contact us by phone at +31 (0) 616081355 or by e-mail at support@brazilianwinehouse.com. You might use the following subject: “Urgent: Order cancellation request”.

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notification and link to track your order.

No, there is no obligation, you can feel free to order 3 different bottles from us. Or 6, or 12 etc.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our Customer Service by e-mail at support@brazilianwinehouse.com or by phone at +31 (0) 616081355 to cancel it. You can then place a new order by choosing the payment method you prefer.
