Harmonization: A rare and remarkable wine with great structure, enveloping, full-bodied with velvety tannins. Pairs very well with pasta and risottos, grilled meat, red meat with sauces, game, and brie, parmesan and gorgonzola cheeses.
Intense ruby showing reflexes of evolution.
Initially, it reveals a touch of flower and fruity aromas such as cherry, raspberry, currant and pomegranate, developing coffee, chocolate and spices. Its aromatic profile grows and shows a long and constant complexity and refinement.
It has great character and balance, related to the same olfactory sensations. It is elegant and, however, its mature and stable tannins surround the mouth transmitting a harmonic force.
