Harmonization: A wine that reveals the characteristic of its land, true poetry in the glass! It goes very well with grilled meat, red meat in wine sauce, pepper sauces, game, lamb, fish and mature cheese like parmesan.
Pitanga red, with garnet reflections typical of the variety.
Its aroma is a mixture of wild fruits such as cherry and cherry, also revealing smoked notes and sweet species, evolving into liqueur descriptors. Intense and very complex aromas that reflect Nebbiolo’s personality in Encruzilhada do Sul.
Full palate, it has great character and balance. Its firm and ripe tannins envelop the mouth, transmitting strength and harmony. It presents itself with a persistent and inspiring aftertaste.
