Harmonization: The best definition of this chardonnay would be “Pure expression of its location” as it stands out for its delicacy, frankness and clarity of aromas and flavours. It harmonizes well with fish dishes, seafood in general, white meats, pasta with white sauces, light dishes with little spice, salads.
Bright, light yellow in color with greenish streaks.
In the nose presents intense aromas of pear, ripe citrus fruits, red apple, peach, and pineapple, with a light touch of white flowers and traces of
minerals.
In the mouth, of medium body, with good freshness, elegant, mature. Present a long and fresh persistence.
