Harmonization: Refreshing wine, balanced and ‘casual’ but with personality. Harmonizes well with light fish and seafood-based dishes, not too spicy; pastas with white and/or light sauces; cold salads, seafood in general, vegetables.
Light yellow to greenish colour
Aromas reminiscent of citrus notes (lime, lemon, lemongrass), tomato leaves, green fruits (kiwi, melon, apple), fine herbs, guava and passion fruit.
On the palate, it’s refreshing, vibrant and medium persistent, dry but with a sweet/fruity aftertaste.
