Harmonization: Refreshing wine, balanced and ‘casual’ but with personality. Harmonizes well with light fish and seafood-based dishes, not too spicy; pastas with white and/or light sauces; cold salads, seafood in general, vegetables.
Straw yellow colour, with hints of gold
Aromas reminiscent of acacia and citrus flowers, melon, slightly buttery, chamomile, dried fruit, hints of spice and vanilla.
On the palate, fresh, dry, with a medium to long aftertaste.
