Harmonization: Goes very well with mild meats in seasoning and grilled meats, pasta with tomato sauces and lighter cheeses, chicken rice, capeletti, polenta and fortaia, tortei, pizzas, savory pies and soft, non-aromatic cheeses.
It has a medium intensity colour, with shades of ruby ruby red and amber highlights.
Good intensity, very delicate and fine; descriptors: coffee, caramel, chocolate, burnt coconut, prune, strawberry, pine nuts, earl fruit.
Initially it presents a pleasant and velvety sensation in the mouth. In a second moment, delicate and balanced tannins appear, leaving a long lasting sensation of “finesse”.
